Policies
Red Frog Bungalows policy with regards to reservations and payment is that 50% of the amount due is payable upon making the reservation in order for us to hold a bungalow. The remaining 50% is due fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your trip, we will provide you with a 100% refund as long as you reschedule. There is a 20% non-refundable deposit if you decide to cancel. If you cancel within the forty five(45) days prior to your arrival we will refund 30% of your deposit amount. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival you will not receive any of your deposit amount. If you reschedule, Red Frog Bungalows will credit all paid amounts to your rescheduled trip.
